Word of Mouth Advertising

One of the best forms of advertising is word of mouth. Satisfied customers telling others about your products or services. Best of all, it's free.

But, you do need to work for it. Always treat your customers with respect. Always go the extra mile. Treat your customers the way you would like to be treated, not as commodities. When you get down to it, word of mouth advertising is a result of one customer recommending you as a person. So, be a person worthy of recommending!

I've gotten tremendous feedback from those who have tried them. Even people that don't like coffee say they love these beans you can eat. How can I share this Word of Mouth with a larger audience?   2. One way to encourage word of mouth advertising is by adding incentives to people who tell others. Offer a free product to anyone who recommends your chocolate covered espresso beans to someone else, if the someone else buys something from you. Loyalty programs encourage current customers to come back. These sound delicious, by the way. Good luck!
